Living out of state while attempting to ready a home for sale is very difficult. Brandy was available at every twist and turn of the process. When repairs were required if I was unable to arrange for the repairs she would find the laborers and would oversee it was being done efficiently and correctly. Brandy went above and beyond our normal experience in working as our agent. She identified the requirements to market the property. Also she took care of all maintenance and upkeep. My husband and I were first time home buyers with less than stellar credit. Brandy referred us to a great Mortgage Company who coached us through our debt payment and raising our credit scores. Brandy still answered all questions about house buying even though she knew we hadn’t qualified yet. Once our loan was approved it was less than two months before we were in a home.
