Jessica was great to work with. I was feeding her listings I was seeing and she was setting up appointments. When it came to move in day the old owners left a lot of things Jessica made a trip to Goodwill and arranged for a pick up for the furniture that was left. She really is a great person and will go the extra mile for you.

I had the pleasure of working with Carol on two separate occasions. In July 2007 we met Carol while looking for a beach area home or townhouse. We saw an open house sign in front of a row of new townhouses in Indian Rocks Beach, and stopped by to view the property. Carol was at the property, and her personality and professionalism were key components in our decision to purchase one of the townhouses. The entire transaction process was handled by Carol without any issues. We had 5 great years on Indian Rocks Beach, but decided to sell the property in 2012. We asked Carol to represent us, which she did in her usual professional and friendly manner. The townhouse sold in July without any snags or issues. I am planning to relocate back to a Pinellas County beach community in a couple years, and will gladly seek the guidance and wisdom that Carol possesses for the beach areas. I am sure it will be an excellent experience!
