Words alone cannot describe how wonderful Shelly is. She sold two of my properties in about 3 months and got me more than the market value. While it may have been timing, I credit much of this to Shelly's knowledge of the current market. Shelly is very flexible, yet on top of things. She allowed me to make the decisions and provided input. As it is, I probably received $20k more for each property. I could not be more satisfied. She sold my condo and was able to get me top dollar. She knows the area very well, has an understanding of the market, and is not afraid to be aggressive for her clients. Additionally, Shelly has a pleasent disposition, she is totally professional, and very organized. I was impressed with her knowledge of the market and how she ensures that every person who views the properties check in with her. This allows her to conduct follow up calls and answer any questions that the potential buyer may have. Lasly, I learned that Shelly has an eye for things that the seller may not notice. This could be simple things like clutter, worn out paint, or minor (overlooked) repairs, to code violations and safety concerns. When she does her walk through she is prepared to take notes, photographs, and point out things that may need to be addressed. This is followed by a detailed description of the property and how the property compares to other properties that are similar. I strongly recommend Shelly and her team of photographers, advertisers, and support services.
