Lanae is heaven sent. My situation wasn't easy and Lanae took on the challenge. My father passed away and I inherited his mobile home. I couldn't afford to keep it so I had to sell it. I was without title and a few months behind on the rent. I was facing eviction. Long story short, that didn't scare Lanae. She got my place sold in less then 30 days, we paid the management company, got the title work straightened out and, I even put a little cash in my pocket. Lanae was a great communicator and always positive. She is super motivated and beyond personable. A angel on this earth. I recommend Lanae to anyone looking to sell there place. Nancy was.very helpful handling needed repairs and finding people to do them while I was clear across the country and it wasn't the best time to sell. But she made every effort to get it sold. I would highly recommend her to anyone!
