•The first thing I want to say about James is that he truly held our hand through the entire process of buying a home. The highs and lows of a volatile market, the emotions of preparing to move in the middle of a pandemic with a toddler, James dealt with it all with so much grace. He was always informative and we felt like we had someone who genuinely cared that we ended up in the best home for us as a family. It wasn't a sale to him, it was journey of helping us find the right place at the right price. Due to his relationship with other realtors we were able to secure a house in Pleasant Hill for 20k under the asking price, UNHEARD OF. Everyday we recount how lucky we were to get such a deal on this house. Not only that but he referred us to a wonderful contractor who has now become like family and transformed our home. We closed in December, and now in March he continues to be a patient and helpful resource. PLEASE look no further than James when embarking on your home buying journey!
