Suzanne helped us buy a house in Fletcher Terrace and sell our condo in La Mesa

Suzanne helped us buy a house in Fletcher Terrace and sell our condo in La Mesa. We chose her for convenience because her office at the time was on the commercial level of the condos, but we certainly lucked out. We turned out to be difficult buyers. We are usually easy to deal with but we withdrew an offer after an inspection showed too many unexpected problems. Another house we made the offer but would not participate in a feeding frenzy. Suzanne was patient and told us not to worry, that we would find a place. We got a good place at a fair price with her guidance. Suzanne then helped us get top dollar for the condo. Suzanne is excellent at the technical part: easy to contact, quick with the paperwork, suitably assertive with other agents. I cannot recommend her highly enough. We had four houses previously so this recommendation is based on substantial experience.
