My wife and I worked with Brenda Bianchi's team to sell our rental house in Largo, FL. They sold it promptly and professionally. They got two credible offers within two weeks and we accepted one. There were some repairs required before closing to allow the buyer to get their mortgage, and her team coordinated those well and got them done on time. Wow – premier real estate services beyond belief! We decided to sell our Seminole Florida "Blissful Days" home to move from the Gulf coast to the Atlantic coast, and to be closer to relatives in South Carolina. We wanted to work with a locally based firm and identified two that were highly rated on the internet. We interviewed both and chose Bianchi – mainly because they immediately recognized that our home was a premium property and recommended that we price it accordingly. It ended up selling for $350 per square foot – a far higher rate than any of the surrounding homes. Bianchi realtors work as a team, and in our case the owner and broker herself, Brenda Bianchi, ended up taking the lead. She is an amazing high energy professional and an absolute pleasure to work with. In our case there were several buyer surprises but the Bianchi team soldiered on and we closed at $10,000 above our very aggressive asking price.

I entrusted him with the buying of my house in St. Pete, and also with the selling of that same home.Both sales were done from CT and I honestly can say it wouldn't have happened, or have been as successful as these transactions were, if not for Rick.
