We found that in Donna's approach. We had an offer from a buyer within a week of listing and Donna helped navigate my emotional ups and downs to bring the sale to a close. Through offers and counter offers, walk throughs, and very long detailed buyer's house inspection Donna was in constant communication with us, explaining the process with an experienced guiding hand. There's a part of me that feels this was more than just a business deal - we come away from that experience a little bit more experienced personally and feeling we also developed a personal relationship with Donna.

I have both positive and negative evaluations using Donna: + good to strong understanding of Titusville area home values especially in our area. Communications between Donna and myself was very good. She also participated in payment for the fee needed to remove a buried heating oil tank. This was very much appreciated. - looking back on the early discussions of sale price vs the home's older conditions, some better guidance on the home's weak areas, conditions/appearance was really needed. This eventually became evident partially due to the lack of any offers. Many home updates became needed several months after the property was listed. These updates included efforts by myself and local help. This was complicated due to my leaving in the month of December to visit a new grandchild in South Carolina
