Johanna assisted with the sale of my condo and the purchase of my new home. The buyer of my condo had some difficulty in securing financing which delayed the close of both homes by nearly a month. Throughout the process I found Johanna to be very responsive to my calls and text messages. There were three agents involved and Johanna was obviously keeping in contact with them too, and ensured I was always aware of the current situation. She was patient, flexible and accommodating to my schedule throughout the time we worked together. I would highly recommend Johanna as a real estate agent!

Johanna was always available to answer my questions and kept me informed every step of the process. I was selling my home after moving out of state and she was at the house every time something needed to be taken care of. She even waited on the maintenance guy for over 2 hours to ensure that the work could be completed on time. I highly recommend Johanna.
