When my fiancé and I finally decided to take the daunting and often intimidating plunge into house ownership, we knew we needed someone as our realtor who would have our best interest at heart and make the process as stress-free as possible. We are relieved that Gavin Hatch became just that as our realtor. Gavin made sure to be actively involved in every aspect of the home buying process. From touring houses whenever the situation would arise, to making himself constantly available to us via a text message group text, Gavin would constantly put himself out there even if it inconvenienced himself to make sure that we were constantly involved with the process through every small element of it.
