Jamiann was a gem!
Jamiann was a GOD send. We had been trying for months to get into a new home but once we contacted Jamiann she sped the process up. She knew about the loan process, communicated our questions to the seller and even helped facilitate things that weren't even offered at the start of the purchase. I would for sure look up Jamiann for our next purchase.

Excellent work
My experience exceeded all my expectations! My realtor had the knowledge to quickly make sure that I could get this house sold quickly and made it stress-free. The communication was very clear and I was able to get the house sold within a week! I would highly recommend my realtor!

Patti knows the market
Patti knows the market. She has an impressive network which she willingly shares with her buyers and sellers. Her ability to change wording to suit us was appreciated. The buyers she brought into our home were financially appropriate, and looking for exactly what we were selling - saved us a lot traffic through the house. Patti is kind as well, and places her words with thought and compassion. We had things that needed to be fixed, and she gently urged us without being rude. I enjoyed working with Patti, she made the (fast!) sale of our house go without a hitch!
