•(With focus on the recent sale of my Condo in Richmond): Sandra's Market knowledge was very MUCH "on target"...her analysis the first time I considered selling helped me to decide to rent until conditions were just right to sell and when ( a year later) conditions had changed She was definitely "on target" about the wisdom that this was the time to sell. Her advice about the pricing was also quite accurate. Most of all, in addition to her honest, professional abilities as an agent was her tireless devotion to getting the job accomplished and doing what needed to be done to make it so, coupled with her realistic but positive attitude. She was there for us through all the bumps in the road that selling entails, while attending to all the necessary details such as finding skilled contract work to prepare my property for for sale at a reasonable price. I highly recommend Sandra for both new and experiences home buyers and sellers alike!
