Derek Kuntz helped my family and I look and eventually purchase an amazing home. Our situation was a bit of a challenge. I was stationed overseas and had received orders to Las Vegas. I contacted Derek to see what my options where for purchasing a home. Derek did not fret about the 16 hour time difference between our location and sent us multiple house listings to go through. He always answered or returned my calls with a great attitude and helpful information. Derek went to the houses my family liked and gave me honest assessments of them and there locations along with about a hundred photos that he took himself. Once we settled on a house Derek helped us expertly negotiate on a price and worked with us through the process of becoming a home owners. Of course I did not make it easy. This was our first house and it had to be a short sale. I did not even know what a short sale was. Derek was unfazed explaining that it may take a bit longer than usual but would be worth it in the long run. Derek worked with me for almost 6 months on purchasing our home and we could not be happier we th the service we received and the home we now live in. Altogether Derek made this challenging conquest relitivly easy and I would work with him again.
