•As a first time home buyer I couldn't have been in more capable hands. I spoke to several realtors while blindly making inquiries about properties, but I knew Chris was going to be THE realtor less than a minute into the conversation. The relaxed but informative manner in which he answered my questions (All 60ish of them) convinced me he could guide me through the biggest purchase of my life. I THOUGHT I knew what I wanted, but after looking at just a few houses, frankly I was questioning everything including my very existence. Chris was the voice of reason even when it wasn't exactly what I wanted to hear. When I decided to make an offer at 6 p.m., he had it in by 10 p.m. I had a 60 day close and he was available the entire time for anything from a simple question to a full melt down. I like to believe him when he says I wasn't a high maintenance client. If I was though, I wouldn't know because he's that good at what he does.
