We have worked twice with Dan - 1. first while buying our home 10 years ago. I found Dan to be patient, never rushed us into buying something that was available, always provided us with information that you wouldn't consider as a buyer. this ended us helping find a great house in the end. 2. recently we partnered with Dan again while selling the property based on our prior experience with him. Even though it is a sellers market, we thought we have priced our home higher. We immediately had received a couple of offers which were below the asking price. We were referred to Dan by a friend, but coming into the sale of our home my wife and I were very overwhelmed and didn't know what to expect. Dan, explained the whole process to us of what we need to do and what we could get out of our home. Although the process was long and stressful Dan was there when we needed him to provide professional advice for each step and to console us when things didn't go the way we had planned. Dan also is to the point when he needs to be and can deliver bad news in tactful way. Our first offer on the home fell through and although we were upset about this Dan pulled us in and got us to show the house the following week and it sold that week!
