Debbie was so fast to respond to any and all of our questions (which at times were frequent!). She made us feel comfortable that she was aware of the process, and that she would let us know if any action was required on our part. She kept us in the loop on showings and on any feedback that was received from potential buyers. I'd recommend her for selling, and if I return to the area, then she will be my first call for buying!

Debra is a true real estate professional. She has the experience required to list and sell your house. She provided me with numerous comparable sales and listings so that we could agree on an appropriate listing price for my house. The house quickly and the closing consummated without problems. Debbie put my mom's townhouse on the market as soon as the papers were signed- the photographer came very quickly and the pictures were beautiful. She knew the area and the price was spot on. Debbie always answered my emails super fast- even on the weekends. The buyer wanted to knock some money off, more than I would have liked, and Debbie negotiated a better price for my mom. It was a totally seamless process from start to finish. Highly recommended!

Debra helped us find a house in the Hopewell Junction area. Neither my husband or I are from the area, and we are first time home buyers to boot. My husband and I started our house hunt in Feb 2017, decided to take a break, and then picked up our search again in October 2017. Debra Allen went above and beyond, she is not your average real estate agent. She guided us on the pro's and con's of each property we looked at, she did extensive research on the comps around the neighborhood as well, which really helped us in making the best decision for our family. Being it was our first home, the process can be so daunting, Debra really was there every step of the way and still checks up on us, which is almost 5 mo after we purchased our home.
