I have known Stephanie for some time and always admired her ability to sell homes in our Prefab Modular 55 and older community. Stephanie was able to guide us through the process, and how to navigate through the process since I had some work that needed to be done. When it came time to put the house on the market, Stephanie came over to our house and we discussed any issues and questions that we had. She was able to answer the questions, and we listed the house. Stephanie has a great network of other realtors that she would talk to along the way. She would let me know when people were interested in looking at the house and set up a time that worked well for us. We sold the house a lot faster than I had expected and she helped us through all the details along the way to close. She would always check up on us to make sure we were okay and that if we needed anything to let her know. Stephanie's professionalism was impeccable and unmatched by previous realtors I have used in the past. I would highly recommend Stephanie.
