There aren’t enough stars to express how fantastic my experience was with Nancy. I got a referral for her from a neighborhood app when I was looking for a property manager. I live in another state and was selling my house in Beacon. Any time there was an issue with absolutely anything, Nancy was on top of it. She has such strong relationships in the area that there was never a problem finding the best person to fix any issue. She oversaw a job to rip out the kitchen floors and place new joists under the house, plus a million other big and little things, and when I finally got the chance to come up and inspect, I was so happy. It was all done beautifully. And lastly, she was always sure that we weren’t getting ripped off for any updates or fixes. Everyone she hired was very, very fairly priced. I’ll never forget when I texted her the crazy list of things that needed to get done (with incredible anxiety) and her response was “don’t worry at all, we’ll get it done!”, and then I just took a big sigh of relief and trusted her, and that was the best decision.

Corinna was amazing and I’d recommend to anyone! Not only did she help me buy my first condo ever but also helped my parents by their new home and sell the old home! Her chill demeanor did not make me feel pressured to buy. She let me feel how I wanted too but also would give helpful tips and tricks. It was a great experience having Corinna as my realtor. In the past, I’ve had people blow up my phone trying to get me to make a deal but Corinna truly made me feel that it was MY decision and it did not matter if I was not ready to buy. She also has great tips for decorating! I loved how she staged my parents house to sell. 10/10 would recommend Corinna to anyone who is on the market to sell or buy a new home!

I can't describe in words how much we enjoyed working with Robin in the sale of our home. During the emotional and stressful time of selling, Robin was supportive, understanding and encouraging all through the process. Robin is professional, prompt, patient and knowledgable in all aspects of the real estate business which helped in our successful process. It's so important to have the overall picture in mind and a plan to get there, which Robin always had the vision! When the buyer was not able to complete the deal we decided to take a breather and start again after the holidays. Unbeknownst to us Robin continued to work behind the scenes and secured a new buyer. This was an example of her own initiative and how she works over and above for her clients. Robin stays on top of details and is the advocate you want working for you. It was such a pleasure to work with her. I will always recommend her to people looking for a real estate agent.

He guidance and counsel were invaluable, as was her superior knowledge of the current market. She did several walkthroughs, assisted me with staging, and taking wonderful photos that reflected the grace and beauty of my home on 5 Woodland Ave in Poughkeepsie. When she listed, my home she had inquiries the same day, a showing the next with a better than full price offer. When Carolyn attended the Inspection she advised me of minor corrections needed so I could make them in a timely manner. At all times Carolyn was completely Professional and served to build trust while defusing any concerns as they arose. The Closing went smoothly as had my previous one she had helped me with. I can't recommend Carolyn highly enough. She was always positive and supportive during the entire process from beginning to end . I found this so important to me especially as I had moved out of State and the buyer was also not present for much of the transaction, yet Carolyn carried out all aspects of the sale in the most professional manner. I know how much this meant to both myself and my home's new owner. I realized more money for my home then I had originally thought I would and this allowed me to pay off my new home i had just purchased entirely.
