It will be hard to keep this short because of all the praise we give Jennifer Walton and her team. Jennifer was our realtor this Spring as we sold our beloved family home. First, we have to mention her comprehensive knowledge of the area, the quickly changing market, and real estate in general. Initially, we were hesitant to start the process. She made sure that we were comfortable with each decision and was always available and responsive to any questions or concerns we had. She truly went out of her way to explain what to expect at every step. She provided seemingly to-the-minute updates without us having to reach out or request them. During the sale we have also been looking to purchase another home. Jennifer has gone above and beyond to match us with a home and even remembers individual preferences we have shared with her. Her attention to detail is unmatched. She has worked exhaustively to ensure we had the best, most individualized experience possible. We are so appreciative of how meticulous, thoughtful, assertive, and most important to our family - approachable - she has been.
