•David helped us sell our current home and find our new home. Because of his long time experience as both an interior designer and real agent agent, David gave thoughtful advice and made excellent recommendations to us on the selling side. He has a good handle on the market and current selling conditions. He has a designer’s eye and all his advice contributed to us getting a full sales price offer in a week. My husband has some health challenges and we were looking to downsize fairly dramatically and stay in the area and find as much first floor living as possible and he understood our needs completely and was able to come up with some good options for us. As his customer on the buying side, he was always available to see a house when we wanted to see a property. David was excellent on communicating with us during the process and he goes the extra distance to help his clients. Because we were downsizing, David spent hours with us measuring spaces in our new home and also going through furniture in our existing home, helping us understand what furniture would fit in the new home. He has always made himself available to talk about any questions we had during the selling and buying process. He is responsive and organized. Selling and moving are always stressful and we could not have made it through this process without David’s guidance. We strongly recommend him as an agent.
