•Carlos is, in one word, reliable. He’s responsive, prepared, fast, incredibly knowledgeable, and always on it. Carlos had helped me years ago with a home I was struggling to sell, so when my wife and I were ready to buy our first home, I knew exactly who to call. I ask a lot of questions, and throughout the process I could call Carlos, pepper him with questions, go do more research, and then call him again to talk through strategy. He was always patient and available, but more importantly, his advice consistently reflected a deep well of experience, judgment, and professionalism that I learned to trust. We went through several homes and multiple offers, including one situation with an extraordinarily difficult seller and agent. Carlos handled every interaction professionally and never seemed fazed. He helped us think through negotiations, structure offers, evaluate tradeoffs, and avoid making what could have been a very expensive long-term mistake. Ultimately, we bought a home we hadn’t even planned to see. We were touring another property nearby when Carlos suggested we take a look. That extra effort ended up changing everything. With his guidance, we realized this was the right home for us: walking distance to downtown Alpharetta and Avalon, in a great neighborhood, and a place where we could genuinely see ourselves starting our family. Carlos also negotiated meaningful concessions, helped secure a one-year appliance warranty, and continued helping us even after closing, including sending us information about an existing warranty issue with our windows. We’ve now been in the house for about a month, and every day we’re happier with the decision we made. I feel incredibly fortunate to have had Carlos on our side. He’s exactly the kind of person you want representing you in a major decision, and I wouldn’t hesitate for a second to work with him again.
