We have know Beverly for about 10 years since she helped us find a home in Duluth after relocating from South Carolina. She helped our daughter buy her first home and years letter sell it and purchase another. She is a highly knowledgeable professional. So, when it came time to sell our home and downsize there was no one else we would turn to for assistance. We listed our house with her and followed her recommendations for preparing for showings. We had our first offer within days and sold it within weeks. She assisted with negotiations with very difficult buyers and helped guide us to the closing. There is no one I would recommend more!
