We have learn so much with working with Artrice. Artrice listen to what we needed in our home as well as our desires. She kept us focused. There was one house we saw and my husband love a great backyard. The house was nice and did fit the need of our family but with no backyard. My husband was still considering this house even I was shocked. Artrice in a very kind professional way reminded Saex of his dream backyard. That day she changed her sechdule to show my husband our dream home. Our home has our needs and desires. Artrice has a passion for what she does. She truly wants you to get the best; a home the meets your needs and desires. Artrice walked us through what to expect from start to finish. Meaning she went over the purchase agreement form and other forms and answered any questions we had. Artrice never rushed us. Which is very important because some agent just want to make a sale only. Artrice wanted us to purchase a home that fits our needs and desires and she knew the sale would come. We learned about the difference in sliding, looking out for slopes, different foundation the housing market is built on. Artrice is very knowledgeable, informative, a great listener, and extremely patient. Artrice is definitely an All Star of Real Estate.

Antonio is nothing short of outstanding. He walked us through the homebuying process step-by-step, providing guidance and education along the way. His knowledge and expertise in not only real estate-related matters, but also Georgia property law, was unparalleled. We wanted a very specific new construction home that had a waiting list, and Antonio made it happen! He was the first to see when the house became available, and he immediately reached out to the builder's representative to get the ball rolling for us. (It was great to hear him call us out of the blue to say "your house is available!") He attended every meeting with all related parties (builder, inspector, etc) to ensure our interests were protected, he answered all of our questions about the contract, he liaised frequently with the builder's representative on our behalf, and he was in constant communication with us about what to expect next. He made the experience extra-special by surprising us with drone photos of our neighborhood and home, photos from closing, and a very thoughtful closing gift. I've worked with several agents over the years, and Antonio made this, hands down, the easiest homebuying experience we've ever had. I take referrals to my friends and family very seriously, and I did not hesitate to share his information with my parents. I know they will be taken care of throughout the process in the same way, and I'm sure you will be too when you give him a call!

WOW is the best word I have to describe our home buying experience with Antonio. He made our experience like no other. From our first meeting I told my husband he was going to find us a house and he did not disappoint. Antonio has that all around personality that is very caring, never pushy and truly is on a mission to find you the house of your dreams. He was very patient with us as we looked at several different properties, if we didn’t like it neither did he and he just continued to look until we found one that we loved. He helped us through the entire process whenever we had a question via text or a phone call he would respond right away.
