The absolute BEST! Linda tirelessly showed us so many houses until we found the ONE! She was very PATIENT and ATTENTIVE. We felt as if we would never find something that fit our lifestyle and interests, BUT Linda found it. She listened to our concerns, and our needs. Through the process of purchasing this home, Linda had our best interest in mind. The housing market is tough right now, but my husband and I felt like we had the perfect align assisting and guiding us through all aspects of the purchasing process. As out of state sellers we needed someone with experience and who was well versed in the local area. Though a personal and emotional sale, we were focused on the tough stuff, the items we needed to address and make right to get the most of our sale. Linda gave us solid advice and direction on all of that. She has experience, knowledge of local requirements to sell, and the personal emotional touch in understanding our elder care journey. She worked exceptionally hard and stepped in to manage contractors, inspectors, movers and everything we could not manage from a distance. She was our third sister on site in every way and was as dedicated and committed to our sale as we were. She is always available, always immediately responsive and provides continuous updates on progress without you having to ask. Some realtors tell you what you want to hear - Linda tells you professionally what you need to hear and gets ahead of any potential issues in advance to avoid any last minute scrambles. She explained all paperwork and walked us through the entire process. Even on a well deserved vacation out of country, she was texting us with updates and addressing our questions and concerns. Until meeting Linda we didn't realize a realtor did all these things. Maybe its just her. We cannot recommend Linda enough. She is the best in the business and after a successful settlement, has become our friend. There are many realtors out there, but there is only one Linda Johnson.

She gave us names and numbers of workers that helped us to make home repairs and that is why we were able to sell our home at asking price in two days.
