Andrew and team are an amazing partner to be with one of the biggest and most important decision a family can make. Andrew came highly recommended from a colleague. After the first house we visited we connected. Andrew was patient with us -first time home buyers in NJ- and took his time to explain things in great detail, both regarding the home buying process and also about specific house (construction) details. He went out of his way to fix little hick-ups that came along with the process, hick-ups that were not his wrongdoing. Andrew has a lot of experience and that showed during this interesting time to buy a house (Spring 2021); we are convinced we would have not gotten the house without his knowledge, dedication and creativity. Andrew's team works a good number of clients at the same time, not a single moment we had the feeling we were not his main concern. In addition to all this professional praise, Andrew is a very pleasant person with a good sense of humor. We cannot recommend him more.

I absolutely cannot recommend Andrew enough. Going into the current real estate market is very daunting, but his competence, talent, and genuine care were the perfect recipe for success in the purchase of our first home. Andrew was tireless, working around the clock and systematically overcoming every complication that came our way (and there were SEVERAL of those). His connections in the real-estate world were essential to our success in purchasing this home, and it is absolutely NOT an exaggeration to say we couldn’t have done it without him. I recommend him to every person I know who is considering purchasing a new home, and everyone I tell about him is beyond impressed with his talent and dedication. Personally, I could never consider using a different agent. Once you experience excellence, it’s hard to accept anything less.
