I sold a home in NJ with Andrew, and then bought a home in PA with Andrew & Gina's help. They were amazing individuals and realtors, and their support staff is amazing as well. I could honestly go on-and-on with details, but I fear people will stop reading! lol Andrew pays attention to data and analytics; he showed our home in one weekend (during a pandemic mind you) and we received multiple offers and closed a deal with a buyer who saw our home during that very first showing. It was really painless for my family which was a huge weight off of our shoulders. Andrew and Gina took into account all of our wants and needs when it came to the new home search, both proposing homes to us as well as arranging to see homes we found online.
