Peter was amazing to deal with. He advised us of everything that needed to be accomplished to make the house sell quickly which included new roof, siding, and staging the house among some other minor items. The process was seamless and his attention to detail and keeping us informed was impeccable. House ended up selling over listing which we were surprised considering the higher interest rate and he had a buyer under agreement in less than a week. We would give him a plus 5 star rating.
