This market is tough, limited listings and competitive buyers. We started our search with Melissa some two years ago, took a break from searching for a while and started again this past winter. Melissa had stuck by our side the entire time. She was so patient with us during this lengthy search process. She respected what we valued, shared her professional opinions (e.g. resale value etc.), and went at our pace. When we finally found our house, she wowed us: she moved so fast to secure a deal for us to beat out potential competitors to avoid a bidding war; she was confident and persuasive in negotiating with the sellers, getting us a deal that we didn't think we could get; she was extremely knowledgeable in answering our questions about inspections and the legal stuff involved; she was also very reassuring and comforting when we had anxieties at any time during this process - she texts/calls back like a teen, 24x7.
