•Susie did an outstanding job helping us get our house ready for sale - making recommendations on things that could be quickly updated/fixed to get the highest list price we could. She organized the staging of the house to put it at its best advantage and generated a ton of interest beforehand. The first open house was a huge success (neighbors couldn't believe the stream of people coming in) - resulting in multiple offers all over asking price! We agreed on an offer that day - and closed shortly thereafter, which was also a breeze with Susie's help. It went so well other neighbors asked for her information to help sell their homes as well! Highly recommended!
