My family just bought our house with Ellen a month ago, and I don't have enough good words to say about her. We started looking for a house on the main line area several months ago with an agent who was not familiar with the neighborhood and house market in this area. After several rejections, I knew I had to look for another agent. Then I came across Ellen's profile. From our first phone call, I can tell she has confidence and a lot of recourses to help us buy a house. Ellen is a great communicator, extremely professional and knowledgeable. She has been living in the main line area for years and has already built relationships in the neighborhood with tons of resources, like inspectors, contractors, painter and school teachers. Bob was available to help with every possible aspect of selling my house. I could just leave stuff to him if I didn't have the time to do a good job. Example: I needed to replace my dish washer but was feeling under the weather and did not feel like wandering round a big show room trailed by desperate sales persons. So Bob did the transaction for me. Bob recommended a higher asking price than I thought made sense; the house sold after one open house weekend for the higher price Bob recommended. Bob was always in an upbeat mood, pulling me out of several funks I had sunk into! Bob clearly knows his stuff and I felt completely relaxed leaving things in his hands when I had to, at every stage of the process. But he had detailed market analysis documents prepared so I could dig as deep or not-so-deep as I felt like into the rationale behind his recommendations.
