In 3 words: Simply the Best. Her market and real estate knowledge is second to none that I've worked with (and this was my 12th real estate transaction with some pretty sharp agents). During the process of purchasing our home, Tracy and her team stopped at nothing to pull this deal together dispute several unusual circumstances, road blocks, hiccups, and just all things in general that can pop up during a complex home purchase. Prior to our purchase we put Tracy thru the ringer trying to decide what towns and type of homes we were interested in (we were still very undecided). We were all over the place. I chose Scott over all the realtors that I interviewed because he was brutally honest about the strengths and the weaknesses of my wonderful house. He was also realistic about the current market, what price I could expect, and what the majority of buyers are looking for. He stressed the need to declutter before listing the house and pointed out repairs I should, and should not, make to enhance a sale. "Do not list the house until it is ready to show to its best advantage." Scott's stunning photographs enhanced the attractive marketing of my decluttered house. And I appreciated that Scott was only the realtor for the seller, me, keeping my interests foremost in the negotiating process for the successful sale.
