Tim did a great job in advertising and getting the property of the right markets to see. I think the little things he did made a big difference. Like placing cards around the property pointing out features of the property. I would recommend and use Tim again in the future.

We worked with Tim on a sale of our house. From pre-listing to closing he was guiding us through the whole process, making sure we understand every step and answering all of our questions.
