I was able to experience transparency throughout the entire process whether looking at a home and the details surrounding it. My questions I felt were embraced and taken serious. Tabitha provided me with step by step procedures. We set up trigger indicators that will help me along with to stay on one accord. Example; upon identifying a house of interest to view - next step provide comps and disclosures. She always followed up with timely emails and calls to verify my receiving information. Tabitha was able to ease my curiosity by following these steps. As a result of her undivided attention to detail, combined with Grace and prayers. I am now in my forever home. My initial standards and parameters for my first home were never deviated from. Tabitha did not try and talk me out of my wishes. I just simply wanted a one-floor home without two yellow lines in front of it. Furthermore, I wanted a backyard that I could expand my taste for gardening.
