We put an offer on our house in March right before the stay-at-home quarantine was issued. After a bidding war, our offer was accepted in a highly sought neighborhood. After our offer was accepted, the stay-at-home order was expanded. Yet, we had to sell our other home during this time. Marji’s exceptional experience allowed what could have been a disaster to be a complete success. She sold our house based on pictures and video in less than 3 days. She successfully navigated us through an unprecedented and stressful time - buying and selling is always stressful, and in a pandemic, even more so. Marjorie Pendergast was most professional and guided us through the sale of our home. She helped us to "stage" the home without unnecessary spending. She knows the market and finds the right buyer without a lot of "sightseers". And she continues to help up through and beyond the closing. She even helped us get boxes left behind by the movers out of the house so they could be picked up. She is the best both in her attitude and her knowledge of the market.

Kelly is an amazing realtor and even better person. My husband and I bought a house from her AND used her to sell ours. She handled every single bump beautifully, although none of them were her fault, and calmed us down every single step of the way. Kelly is a person we both feel fortunate and grateful to know and is now a friend for life. I was told by several people in the Bryn Mawr area that Suzanne was the “go to” realtor to buy a home in this area. She was not only knowledgeable of the neighborhoods in this area, but was a real pleasure to work with. She provided me with a ton of information regarding the various schools and also where to shop, dine and cultural activities in the area. My search has been curtailed for the time being, but rest assured I will contact Suzanne when I am able to resume my search.

Kelly is amazing. My family and I moved here from Atlanta, Georgia. Kelly is a true diamond especially regarding advocacy and compassion. As I was traveling with my children from ATL to our new home in PA the seller backed out. Kelly and her team worked ruthlessly to get everything done and to settlement including doing the other realtors job. Despite their best efforts the seller pulled out. Now in PA, no home, 2 kids and a dog Kelly became a family friend. When she was suppose to be at the beach with her family, Kelly stayed with us to go back out and search for new houses on the day we were suppose to settle. She is extremely personal and takes her job to heart. We worked tirelessly and found another house in less than 3 days and were price agreed quickly. Kelly is efficient and clearly communicates in all forms. Behind the scenes she is a bulldog fighting every fight for you. Kelly's connections in her industry prove extremely useful especially in getting a closing done in 30 days. Kelly helped us getting our kids into the school district to minimize change for them and even offered her laundry to our family. You couldn't get a better realtor who fights for you and is clear and honest. There are no games and her follow through are top notch. She is not only our realtor but she is now a family friend. Also throughout this excruciating process she was always hopefully, optimistic and positive that it will all turn out. She works to make it happen for you.
