I selected Sharif Hatab as my listing agent to sell my Robbinsville, NJ home which is in the Town Center area. Sharif has lived in the area his entire life and knows most everyone in the area as well as in the surrounding communities. I was also quite impressed with his use of new technologies to get better photos, provide 360 views, show aerial views with a drone and even mock up a staged home digitally. All of these helped to quicken the time to sale and increase my offer price. My sale was challenging because I live across the country and needed someone that was willing to put in some extra time to help me do things like: meet inspectors, arrange contractors, setup lawn maintenance, and arrange for removal of items from the home.
