•I found a house that I just knew was a perfect home for my children and me, but this market is crazy. She got in a last-minute showing for me- literally after they stopped showing the house. I made an offer that evening. There were over twenty offers but ultimately the sellers chose me! At closing I asked them why they chose me and they said that our realtor was so pleasant, that she made it abundantly clear that I loved the home and that she followed up so consistently that they knew the house should go to us. She was timely, assertive, and just a good person in general- the kind of person that both a seller and a buy would want to work with. I can’t express my gratitude enough at the work she put in to ensure this cute and perfect house would be ours.
