Kathryn was awesome in the sale of my home. There were issues with a lack of permits for my basement and she worked with me to find contractor to help do the work, was there at the house to let them in, went to the township to submit paper work. Just did everything and much more to help me through a difficult time. She helped with effective negotiations and was a pleasure to work with. She helped me price it right and when I needed to change course due to the permit issue she put an effective plan in place and we jointly executed it. It was a tough sale due to the permit issue but she helped me all along the way. She cares about her clients and makes sure she does everything she can and more to sell your home for the right price. She helped with staging the house and even brought in furniture to set it up appropriately. I have worked with her on the purchase of two homes and the sale of 2 homes. I would use her again and again and again!
