I was selling a home that had "good bones" but required significant modernization, cosmetic repairs, and some overall TLC. I anticipated selling the home "as is" to a developer or contractor. Because of her experience and excellent reputation in the area, Marianne was able to identify a very motivated and professional developer with substantial financial backing within a few days, and he made an offer that was within my target price range. Marianne arranged for all the inspections and negotiated fair and reasonable amendments to the contract when several hidden deficiencies were identified. This sale happened at lightning speed and with no worries or concerns on my part and I walked away with a sale price that was substantially greater that what I expected. I highly recommend Marianne and would work with her again if I were selling or buying a home.

After initially listing the property my wife suddenly and tragically passed away. If not for Andrea, I don’t know how I would have gone through the sale process. Andrea’s knowledge of the market, her professionalism, and her personality – one of kindness and caring, made a process that for me was incredibly difficult not only possible but successful. She understood all of the challenges and difficulties I was facing. She was patient as I struggled with so many decisions that I now had to make alone. She seemed to know when to gently push me and when to give me the space I needed. It was obvious that she did not view me as a “sale” but rather a human who was dealing with significant loss. So, she is not only an intelligent, hard-working, superior agent, but someone who did not lose sight of the bigger picture.
