Vinessa Milando is an exceptional realtor! My sister died and I had to sell her house. I was her executor and live in a different state. Vinessa explained all the steps required to sell a house in New Jersey and kept me up to date on activity with the sale. A buyer contracted for the house the end of the first week it was listed! Vinessa took care of additional house items because I was not close by to take care of it. The buyer lives out of state and wanted to fast track the sale. With all the added complications, Vinessa got everything done flawlessly. The house was closed within five and a half weeks after being listed.
