Vinessa was absolutely wonderful, and I would give her the highest recommendation to anyone interested in buying or selling a house. She was extremely knowledgeable about all matters related to real estate, and explained everything to us as we went along. She went above and beyond what the average real estate agent would do for a client (I know this from experience with other agents), such as giving us advice on preparing the house for a showing, and helping us decorate to show it to the best advantage. She even planted flowers in the front of the house. She negotiated tirelessly in our behalf with both our buyers’ agent and the agent for the seller of the house we purchased. We were very confident that she was working for us and in our best interests. She also found us the perfect house to buy after doing extensive research on the type of house we were looking for. We could call her at any time with questions, and she was always responsive and never impatient or seemed to be in a hurry to end the conversation. If you are looking for an excellent real estate agent, you will never find one more qualified, more honest, or more caring than Vinessa Milando.

This app does not allow you to be both buyer and seller but that’s exactly what we were. From start to finish Vinessa was patient and professional in helping us find our new forever home in Medford. Her guidance and overall knowledge of the market helped us sell our house at 106 Roberts Place in Mount Laurel. Available to us day and night Vinessa did everything in her power to create the right result for us. Couldn’t of done it without her! We met Cynthia when she sold my kids house, did a great job. After that she looked for their new home. There is a lot of expertise working with her, knows the traps, got a great feel for what the kids wanted, looked at a lot of houses with them, NEVER was something to much trouble for her. She also knows the people in the business, the loan/money guys, closers, like that and got the kids an amazing house for a very fair price, where they wanted to live!!! It was time to sell our family house. Cynthia came out, met the family, came with comparable sales so she knew the market. Was especially sensitive that this was our parents home we grew up in. Great advertising system, took care of everything.! Many showings and she got us a really good buyer in the price range she expected. Walked us through all the steps, closing, the whole thing. Always answered all out questions and fought for us all the way. Can not say enough, She took care of my kids and grandson, then my family, could not be happier to recommend Cynthia!
