Jan Rutkowski is an excellent realtor. Her knowledge about what price to list one's house gives excellent consideration to all factors in order to make one's house highly marketable and desirable. She is very communicative with all aspects of preparing one's home to sell from setting up photos to recommending property lawyers to setting up appointments with township inspectors to issue a Certificate of Occupancy. She is on top of everything. She is very easy to reach about any questions one may have about the selling process. We highly recommend her for your next property transaction.

We were glad we had Jan as our realtor. Her extensive experience and network allowed us to get through two difficult unexpected problems. The municipailty raised a hidden zoning issue and the initial buyer backed out of a purchace & sale a week prior to the scheduled closing. After the buyer backed out, Jan was able to pull together three acceptable new offers within five days, and we closed quickly. We got a good price for our house and property in the end. Jan was easy to work with, worked hard, and was always available to talk. We highly recommend her to other sellers.

From the first conversation, Jess knew exactly the right course of action to take and applied an amazing solution to sell our home in a very short period of time with the least amount of effort from us. We evaluated the state of the home and looked at the "to do list" of items that we were planning on doing prior to listing. Jess provided guidance on what was necessary and what was not, and in the end it was exactly accurate! Attention to detail and industry knowledge are her best strengths, and I am failing to think of anything that was negative during our journey. The time spent taking pictures and getting the write up just perfect is what made the difference! We cannot thank her enough!
