Susan Helmstadter Delivers!

Susan Helmstadter has guided us in selling two homes (in Wilmington and Dover) and purchasing two homes (in Dover and Lewes) and we couldn't be more pleased with her expert guidance in every step of the process. We highly recommend her for her experience and dedication in navigating every stage of selling or buying a home efficiently and for the best price. We especially like how Ms. Helmstadter adds extra value by recommending proven stagers (for example) and contractors and being willing to go the extra mile with putting bids together.

Sue Helmstadter Review

I have known and worked with Sue for over 20 years. She has always been very kind and extremely professional to work with. She is very well informed and took a large interest making sure every detail of my home was ready to show. She even took the time to iron something the stager left in my home so everything looked perfect. Because of her professionalism my home sold within 4 days with no problems at all. Remote Sale Excellence

I live in South Carolina, and needed an agent who could handle everything related to the sale of my Sisters house in Claymont, DE. 'Everything' literally became 'everything.' She found a dependable person to handle the landscaping needs, someone else to resolve a plumbing issue, arranged for a Company to haul off the remaining contents in the house, a house cleaning lady to spiff the house up, checked on legal requirements for a shed, deck, etc. I couldn't travel to Delaware to handle all of this in person. Susan (Now known as my Friend!) took care of everything so I didn't have to travel to Delaware for anything. She recommended altering the price upwards after running comps herself, which paid off literally, as we had a buyer bidding war the day it hit the market. I am very impressed with Ms. Helmstadter's work ethic, personality, demeanor, and passion for her job. She took something very difficult and turned it into a profit! (Everyone likes profit!)

Great from start to finish

Ruth is extremely knowledgeable and very accessible to answer the myriad questions that occur to buyers. She had been the realtor for the home from which we were moving. Twenty eight years later, we knew exactly who to contact for help in selling it.

Great agent

Ruth had excellent knowledge of the market in the area. She was extremely easy to work with and kept us updated on a regular basis. Her knowledge of inspections and regulations was exemplary as these were things we were not aware. Her vision of possibilities for the property were very helpful in the sale. We were very happy and impressed with her professional management of the sale. All in all an excellent experience for my wife and myself.
