It is indeed my pleasure to send this review. Michael Gutkind is an extraordinary real estate professional in every possible relevant category. It’s interesting to note that he and his son, Jonathan — The Gutkind Group — have made an ongoing and lasting impression for years, long before it became time to sell my home. Their marketing mailings were so effective and informative that I kept several years of them for future reference, “just in case.” And that need recently occurred, with a highly successful sale which closed this past Friday, having been on the market for only 13 days despite the brutal winter weather in early February. Michael is a seasoned professional having the respect and trust of not only me as his client, but other real estate professionals and industry consultants as well. Newtown Township personnel speak of him with high regard, not a small achievement in itself. His firm has worked with many consultants who are often needed during the sale process, and they are able to provide contacts from their past experience. In my case alone, The Gutkind Group provided access to a structural engineer, a clear-out/haul away/ cleaning company, an electrician, a small-job local mover, and a truly remarkable photographer. Michael was my principal contact. We exchanged prompt, easy and effective communication through texts, phone calls and emails as needed, anytime on any day. All of my questions were answered pleasantly and from many years of experience. My suggestions were respected and usually incorporated into what we presented to the public. His suggestions were always “spot on,” and often were things I would not have thought about otherwise.
