•I found Jessica just being on line looking at whatever I could afford, lolol, Never Ever did I think I would be looking at Modulars. Did not have 1 clue how it even worked. So, With that I was very scared about that type of purchase and even more with Lot Lease being seperate. After her support and teaching me the process, I figured whats the difference between Lot Lease and Property Taxes? Do you ever own the land anyways? So, I went for it, Bought one in Sept and I am thankful for her. I am an overthinker and that alone is a JOB! She was there for me every time I needed her!!! Rachael Grayson
Kathy responded quickly when I reached out to her about my father's mobile home. She was very knowledgeable and priced his house to sell quickly in today's market & it did! Her assistant, Lisa was also very helpful in setting up things for the work that was required. Everything went smoothly with settlement.
