Our review of Kathleen McDonald as our Real Estate agent we chose it that we 100%+ chose the right agent for us. The experience was a wonderful experience. Her knowledge is impeccable. She is the type of Real Estate agent that really has patience and did not make you feel pressured into buying a home despite the length of time looking, quite the contrary. Her feeling is that you shouldn't buy the home unless you love it. Always ensured us that we will find the right home, and we looked at a lot of properties and ultimately did find the right home! She was always accessible to reach, even after working hours. She listened and absorbed what was important to me and really did get to know me personally, which made it easy for her to recommend houses listed that I may be interested in. On showings Kathy always made sure to check the important features of the home, like the condition of the roof, AC unit and heating unit, hot water heater, wiring if the home was an older built. Her honesty was candid. I put a lot of my faith in her because of her honesty. I would recommend her to anyone without hesitation and I feel Berkshire is very lucky to have such an excellent, well rounded realtor as Kathy. If I ever moved again and need a Realtor, she will be the one!!!
