BHHS Fox & Roach-Haddonfield

Kathy provided excellent advice, referring me to people who could provide the services I needed in order to ready my condo for sale. She knew the current market, and suggested a sales price which was spot on. Her thoroughness, familiarity with the rules, regulations, and those whose approvals were needed resulted in a quick and easy marketing and selling of my home. She was always available to take my calls, and responded to my questions and concerns with understanding and solutions. Of all the many real estate agents involved in my buying and selling houses and condominiums, she is the most impressive. I am so grateful and appreciative of all she has done.

Several challenges could've made facilitating the sale of my parents' house a drawn out process. My parents are elderly. I was living on the other side of the country. Yet Kathy made the entire process from start to settlement feel easy, and go fast and smooth. Whether it was putting my parents at ease throughout the process, especially the constant house visitations from prospective buyers, or letting me know exactly what I needed to do to move the process forward remotely, working with Kathy was all we could've hoped for. I flew in for the settlement, and have joked with my family the most time consuming part of the process was waiting for the photocopies of all the paperwork I'd just signed. Working with Kathy is highly recommended.

Kathy is on it! She anticipates my next move and keeps all of her ducks and mine in order. This certainly not her first rodeo and it shows as an experienced agent.

Kathy is the best! She’s a great communicator and makes sure that you get the house that you need. She helped my husband and I find our first home and she was our biggest advocate during an unexpected hurdle. You won’t find a better agent and I will recommend her to everyone!

We have worked with Kathy for over a year! First she sold our home and we closed last October. Then it was a long haul trying to find a home that Jeff and I felt at "home"! Finally our new home came up for sale, we saw it on 6/25, put in our offer and contracts were done on the 26th! Kathy was on top of everything and helped us navigate the waters of buying a home. We settled on 7/15 and cannot wait to move in! We could not have asked for better service and just Kathy's delightful diposition makes working with Kathy a true pleasure!! Kathy has a deep well of knowledge and and patience! Both of us recommend Kathy fo anyone looking to buy or sell, you CANNOT go wrong!! Thank you Kathy for everything!! Shelby
