Hard to summarize my experience with Julie…after losing my father suddenly & having to sell a house out of state & help my stepmom leave their home of 30yrs, all while still trying to juggle my own family & job…she was an absolute lifesaver. Julie is by far the best agent I have ever engaged to sell a house. After our 95 year old sister became ill we had the task of getting her house sold. We live in another state and did not know anything about Delaware. The house was not in good condition and needed a lot of work to get it ready to sell. Keith took time to explain the pros and cons of different ways to sell the house. Although I chose to sell the house "As Is", he helped me see the value of doing certain things that would make the house more appealing. He made sure I clearly understood each step of the process.
