Eve has a keen sense of the real-estate market , with over 30 years of experience and was spot on with her recommendations with pricing our property as well as how to prepare the house for what buyers are looking for. Her decision to have a contractor work with her to help evaluate and prepare our mother's older home to attract buyers and bring top dollar possible , was an indication of her wisdom in both market knowledge as well as her professionalism . The contractor she chose to assist her with house sales , was also excellent , through and very professional. Our house received an excellent offer which we accepted in less than a week , thanks to Eve and her chose of contractor assistant . This process went smoothly due to Eve's outstanding communication skills , as she was always very informative , calm , polite and encouraging throughout the whole process of cleaning out , basic house renovations and listing and promoting our mother's house . She surely went the extra mile for us and it shows in house quickly our house received a great offer by great buyers! We can not say more about what Eve has done as a realtor .
