My husband and I were looking for a property with very specific parameters that were not things you could plug into a standard search paradigm. We realized we would need an experienced realtor with super good judgment to know which properties to bring to us and which, although great, were not going to be the right fit. Not only did she find it (and we LOVE our new home), it was a crazy deal with prior prospective buyers not coming to closing thereby creating a fraught relationship with the owner and she maneuvered it all beautifully. Would absolutely work with her again!

David was responsive, patient, and accommodating as we looked at houses. He showed me a variety of homes and accepted my suggestions and requests. Everything went very smoothly and it was actually much easier than I expected.

I can't speak highly enough of my experience with Jeff Chirico. I was a first-time homebuyer with minimum knowledge about how to buy a new home. I was referred to a realtor who unfortunately was not interested on working with me. I then met Jeff over the phone and I could have not been more fortunate. I believe it was faith that put this great guy into my path to find my beautiful home. Throughout the past several months, Jeff has been there every step of the way. He has always answered every call or email no matter what time of day or night it was. His professionalism, mentorship, knowledge, honesty, and hard work ethic are much respected and appreciated. I never felt that he was just trying to sell me a house, but that he was a mentor to answer my questions and help me to make the best decision for me and my family.
