Susan was great right from the get go. She knew the market and was able to expertly advise us on what price offer the house at to maximize the sell price but to also move the house quickly. Mission accomplished! The house sold for over asking and the first weekend we had it for sale. We will be using Susan for our real estate needs in the future!
